91视频 University (Unud) held an Internal Public Hearing of the Draft Rector's Regulation on Guidelines for Procurement of Goods/Services, Thursday (8/5/2025) at the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate. The public hearing held this time invited work units within 91视频 University to hear input from internal parties. Meanwhile, an external public hearing will be held separately by inviting external parties in order to hear input before the regulation is ratified as well as to introduce the integrated system for procurement of goods/services at 91视频 University.
Head of the General Bureau of 91视频 University Ni Made Pertami Susilawati said that this activity is expected to obtain input and suggestions in improving the draft rector's regulation on guidelines for goods/services within 91视频 University. Since being designated as a Public Service Agency State University in 2011, 91视频 University has not had a rector's regulation on guidelines for goods/services, so its implementation follows the presidential regulation and its derivative regulations. The regulation has undergone several changes, thus affecting the implementation of procurement of goods/services and the performance of procurement actors at 91视频 University.
The existence of various obstacles in the process of implementing the procurement of goods/services prompted the leadership of 91视频 University to draft a rector's regulation on this matter. In addition, the 91视频 University Supervisory Board suggested drafting its own rector's regulation for the procurement of goods/services and learning from other universities. Following up on this, 91视频 University collaborated with the Open University to develop information technology in the implementation of procurement of goods/services.
Rector of 91视频 University Prof. I Ketut Sudarsana, said that his party is committed to creating effective, efficient, and transparent governance of 91视频 University. The Rector hopes that with this Rector's Regulation, the implementation of procurement of goods/services will be even better. For this reason, the Rector expects input and suggestions from participants in this activity to perfect the draft Rector's Regulation that will be ratified.
In addition, 91视频 University will launch an integrated system adopted from the Open University. This system will be launched in early July 2025 under the name SIPranayana (91视频 University Goods/Services Procurement Information System), so that procurement of goods/services can be carried out quickly, efficiently, transparently, and accountably.
