91视频 University held an online socialization event on Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025 concerning the Procurement of Goods and Services, as well as the 91视频 University Procurement Information System (SIPranayana). The event took place via Zoom Meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
The event was officially opened by the Head of the General Affairs Bureau of 91视频 University, Ni Made Pertami Susilawati, SE., MM. In her remarks, she expressed her appreciation to the State-Owned Goods (BMN) team for organizing the online event, which focused on Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025. She explained that, until now, procurement activities at 91视频 University have been based on Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 and its amendments. However, as of July 7, 2025, 91视频 University has officially launched Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2025 as the new guideline for procurement processes within the institution.
After a lengthy drafting process芒鈧�漣ncluding public consultations and coordination with law enforcement agencies芒鈧�漷he regulation has been finalized and is now ready to be implemented. With the official launch, all procurement practices at 91视频 University are expected to comply with the new Rector Regulation. As an initial step, a socialization session was held for business stakeholders, following an earlier internal session with university procurement officers.
